We use premium-grade raw materials and our products can withstand the harshest conditions to provide flawless and lasting performance. All incoming raw materials are double checked by our production supervisor to maintain and uphold the quality standards.
Competitive Pricing
In our 40 years of designing and manufacturing cable assemblies, our design engineers have developed an extensive line of standard components to reduce design time, assure product performance, minimize tooling costs, and reduce total product cost.
Fitment Accuracy
Our skilled team of professionals are backed by a well equipped R & D unitfeaturing a 3D drawing lab which has simplified the production process and helps to perform quality checks of all components before going into production so as to ensure no errors during cable assembly.
Why choose RS Control Cables
We provide 3 layers of protection for your cables...
1 mm PVC advantage
Our Brake cable conduit comes with a 1mm wall thickness of PVC coating, making it class apart from other brake cables, which usually have only 0.5 mm wall thickness coating.
The extra coating is an advantage from extreme weather conditions and makes the cable more durable and inside steel wire remains protected for a very long time.
Nylon coating on inner wire
The steel inner core wire comes with an extra layer of nylon coating, making it smooth and weather-resistant, besides increasing the cable's life.
The nylon coating is different from the HDPE coating, which usually cracks under icy conditions. The steel wire remains protected from corrosion due to this extra layer of protection.
Liner inside conduit
The conduit is lined inside with HDPE Liner. The Liner works amazingly well with the nylon coating on inner wire to make the cable friction-free.
Normally, all brake cables usually come with only one of the following, either the Liner inside the conduit or the nylon coating on the inner wire, but Our Brake cables have the advantage of both layers together.
